Complaints

We want to offer you the best possible service. However, you still might not be happy with how things went. We'd like to solve that together.

Do you have a complaint? Send it to us via our contact form at the bottom of our customer service page. Every complaint is taken very seriously. When we receive your message, we will investigate the complaint and you will receive a substantive response within 14 days.


  • Are you not satisfied with the solution?

    Did you submit your complaint, but are you not satisfied with the solution? In that case, send a description of your complaint to our inside sales manager in writing. Send a letter to the address below, quoting ‘complaint’.
